The role requires applying adult learning principles, translating complex technical concepts, using workplace AI tools, and adapting programs to client and learner needs.

Lead design and development of instructor-led and virtual instructor-led programs, including AI-enabled learning. Own client-facing discovery, outcomes, materials, assessments, instructor enablement, project management, and productization of reusable learning components across enterprise audiences.
