Develops strategic partnerships across Bahrain and the GCC, tracks graduate and program outcomes, analyzes KPIs, maintains dashboards, coordinates employer and networking events, supports job matching and career counseling, and provides administrative assistance. The role requires relationship management, bilingual communication, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of technology-sector workforce needs. This is a one-year, on-site contract restricted to Bahraini nationals.

Drive enterprise revenue growth through new business development, strategic territory and account planning, complex sales cycles, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and executive relationship management. The role requires applying adult learning principles, translating complex technical concepts, using workplace AI tools, and adapting programs to client and learner needs.

The role is U.S. remote with 25% travel for events.
