Lead development and delivery of control system projects for Manufacturing Operations Management: design PLC/SCADA systems, program PLCs/HMIs, integrate MES/MOM, perform testing, commissioning, and validation. Produce project deliverables, translate requirements to system designs, mentor team members, and ensure customer acceptance and training.

Full-time electrical engineering intern supporting generator and power tool product development. Responsibilities include designing and validating electrical systems, controls, embedded systems, and power electronics; creating CAD models, drawings, and bills of materials; conducting testing and validation; evaluating reliability, safety, and cost; and collaborating with manufacturing partners and internal teams. The role is onsite during the summer and may involve travel to other Generac facilities.

Engineering intern supporting product development, testing, validation, simulation, and thermal or fluid systems for generators and power tools. Responsibilities include creating CAD models, drawings, and bills of materials; developing and testing components; evaluating cost, reliability, safety, and manufacturability; and collaborating with manufacturing and product teams. The internship is full-time and on-site during summer 2027, with potential part-time continuation during the school year.
