Teams at Generac Power Systems

Support product safety, compliance, and grid interoperability testing for energy storage and power electronics. Execute tests, troubleshoot hardware/firmware, analyze data, build test fixtures, assist test automation and project scheduling, and coordinate with labs and engineering teams to support certification.

Lead process improvement and New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, design and implement manufacturing processes/equipment and PLC programs, deploy CAD tools, support Generac Fulfillment System, apply lean principles, optimize mixed-model production lines, document procedures, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Provide transactional commercial legal support to Commercial & Industrial and Global Supply Chain teams. Draft and negotiate sales, purchasing, licensing and service agreements; structure deals to minimize risk; advise senior leadership; implement contract lifecycle management; develop templates, processes and training; and support cross-functional, international projects.
