Leads end-to-end operations for a multi-shift manufacturing plant and warehouse campus. Oversees safety, quality, delivery, cost, cash, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, workforce development, and strategic capacity planning. Implements the Generac Manufacturing System, drives KPI performance, develops leaders, manages capital and technology initiatives, and builds a culture of accountability, engagement, and problem-solving.

Manage and grow government accounts within a regional territory by developing relationships with state, county, and municipal agencies. Execute regional sales plans, maintain a robust pipeline, deliver proposals and presentations, forecast performance, and serve as a Generac product expert to upsell, cross-sell, and meet revenue and KPI targets.

Leads enterprise digital manufacturing and industrial AI programs, including MES, traceability, OT/IT integration, analytics, machine vision, and AI deployments. Owns portfolio governance, prioritization, budgets, resources, risk management, ROI tracking, executive reporting, and cross-functional alignment across manufacturing, engineering, IT, quality, supply chain, vendors, and plant leadership. Drives business adoption, change management, operational readiness, and progression of AI initiatives from proof of concept to production.
