Manage and grow government accounts within a regional territory by developing relationships with state, county, and municipal agencies. Execute regional sales plans, maintain a robust pipeline, deliver proposals and presentations, forecast performance, and serve as a Generac product expert to upsell, cross-sell, and meet revenue and KPI targets.

Manage assigned Generac accounts in the Madison, WI territory by developing and executing short- and long-term sales plans, building customer relationships, driving field sales performance, launching products/promotions with Marketing, expanding revenue, and providing product training and market insights to stakeholders.

The Regional Development Manager drives sales growth and market expansion through partnerships with distribution partners, executing marketing strategies, and analyzing territory performance.
