Lead the gBETA Gulf Coast accelerator in Mobile by recruiting startups, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners; coaching founders; managing two annual cohorts; coordinating events and program logistics; tracking KPIs and startup outcomes; reporting metrics; and strengthening Alabama’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through stakeholder engagement and community involvement.

Lead and run a 12-week cleantech accelerator in Atlanta, recruit and select 5-7 startups, invest $250K annually, build mentor/investor relationships, manage program logistics and reporting, support alumni, and grow the local cleantech ecosystem.

Lead and scale a grant-funded accelerator for water and ocean tech startups in the Great Lakes region. Recruit and select cohorts, provide hands-on mentorship (financial modeling, go-to-market, fundraising), manage partner and federal reporting, deploy non-dilutive capital, build ecosystem relationships, and oversee program operations and alumni support to drive commercialization and regional impact.
