Coach founders through goal-setting, customer discovery, traction, pitching, business models, and fundraising readiness. Coordinate program logistics, events, stakeholder relationships, alumni engagement, KPI tracking, and reporting. Represent gener8tor throughout North Dakota while supporting broader accelerator and ecosystem initiatives.

Lead and run a 12-week cleantech accelerator in Atlanta, recruit and select 5-7 startups, invest $250K annually, build mentor/investor relationships, manage program logistics and reporting, support alumni, and grow the local cleantech ecosystem.

Lead and scale a grant-funded accelerator for water and ocean tech startups in the Great Lakes region. Recruit and select cohorts, provide hands-on mentorship (financial modeling, go-to-market, fundraising), manage partner and federal reporting, deploy non-dilutive capital, build ecosystem relationships, and oversee program operations and alumni support to drive commercialization and regional impact.
