Oversee calendar and travel logistics, events, expense processing, and cross-timezone coordination; partner with cross-functional teams and drive local alignment with global practices and process improvements using digital and AI-enabled tools.

Lead development and execution of functional pharmacology assays using iPSC-derived and organoid models to characterize large-molecule candidates. Drive candidate selection across disease indications, design high-throughput workflows with automation and bioinformatics, collaborate cross-functionally, manage CRO/vendor studies, and present data to project teams and leadership to inform decision-making.
