Leads end-to-end supply chain strategy for a commercial production laboratory, including demand and supply planning, inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics, suppliers, and kit fulfillment. Oversees SIOP, continuity planning, systems, analytics, budgets, performance metrics, and cross-functional partnerships. Builds and develops a high-performing supply chain organization while ensuring uninterrupted laboratory operations, compliance, service levels, cost efficiency, scalability, and patient testing support.

Leads revenue accounting and commercial finance, overseeing ASC 606 compliance, revenue close, accrual models, controls, audits, forecasting, financial planning, and commercial business cases. Partners with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Market Access, Commercial, and analytics teams to assess payer and reimbursement impacts, analyze complex datasets, improve reporting, and provide executive decision support. Manages and develops a small finance team.
