Leads the financial systems team and oversees ERP, HRIS, reporting, integrations, access governance, production operations, audit support, and SOX controls. Owns the financial systems roadmap, platform optimization, automation, AI use cases, change management, and user training. Coordinates end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, competitive bidding, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice exception resolution. Manages supplier performance, due diligence, procurement controls, stakeholder guidance, audit-ready documentation, and process improvements. Analyzes spend and supplier proposals using Excel and supports procurement workflows in NetSuite. Requires 3–5 years of procurement experience, regulated-industry knowledge, and strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Regional Account Executive responsible for growing GeneDx business across Kansas, Nebraska, and North Dakota by selling genomic testing services to pediatric and genetics-focused physicians. Duties include prospecting, consultative selling, account management, physician education, pipeline development, client meetings, sales and marketing event support, and coordinating service resolution with internal teams. The role requires extensive field activity, territory management, healthcare sales experience, and frequent travel.
