Lead design and launch of GeneDx's first Employee Relations function. Manage full ER lifecycle (~130 cases/year) including investigations, terminations, coaching, and policy interpretation. Build playbooks, case management infrastructure, manager toolkits, and reporting. Partner with Legal, reduce legal risk, enable leaders, ensure compliance with employment laws, and monitor ER hotspots.

Lead end-to-end financial planning (strategic plan, AOP, rolling forecasts), own the 5-year financial model, produce leadership-ready reporting and narratives, partner with business leaders on financial decision-making and investment prioritization, and use tools (including AI) to automate and scale FP&A processes.

Own and maintain financial models and reporting to support AOP, forecasting, and monthly business reviews. Produce recurring financial packages, surface KPIs, perform scenario analysis, and partner cross-functionally to inform business cases and investment decisions. Drive automation and efficiency using tools like AI.
