The Meter Reader will accurately read and record commercial electrical, water, and gas meters using a smartphone. Responsibilities include performing re-reads, taking clear photos of meters, and notifying management of any issues. The position requires a valid driver's license and basic smartphone proficiency, with a schedule of 30-40 hours monthly.

Lead manual and automated testing for web and mobile apps: design and run functional, regression, exploratory, and API tests; write automation using Selenium/Playwright; use Postman/Newman for APIs; ensure cross-browser/device compatibility via BrowserStack/LambdaTest; integrate tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins); log and track defects; expand E2E/regression automation and adopt AI-assisted testing tools.

The QA Manager will lead quality assurance efforts, create test strategies, execute test plans, manage defect reporting, and collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality.
