Build and scale production full-stack features using C#/.NET and modern frontends, integrate and manage agentic AI workflows with robust state management, ensure compliance and observability, manage AWS infrastructure with IaC, maintain CI/CD, mentor engineers, and drive testing and reliability in regulated environments.

Lead and scale IT infrastructure and operations across on-premises, cloud, and data centers. Own systems availability, networking, backups, service desk, security operations, vendor/budget management, incident response, and compliance; mentor teams and drive projects to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Perform sample management and DNA extraction workflows using automated liquid handlers and storage systems. Track, sort, rack, and log specimens; operate autoclave and vial filler; follow SOPs, QC procedures, and documentation. Maintain supplies, cleanliness, and inventory; assist other teams with accessioning as needed. Ensure data accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and clear communication while supporting daily laboratory operations under supervision.
