Provides phone, email, and chat support to UK and European clients regarding DNA test kits, orders, results, and accounts. Owns enquiries through resolution, manages replacements and returns, coordinates logistics and laboratory teams, handles sensitive data compliantly, resolves complaints, meets service-level agreements, and contributes to knowledge-base and process improvements.

Receives and documents laboratory shipments, verifies supplies, manages inventory, and maintains organized storage areas. Loads and unloads freight, rotates stock, delivers supplies to lab teams, and handles backup sample accessioning, filing, retrieval, relabeling, and disposal through the LIMS. Assists with equipment organization, repairs, cleaning, and maintenance while maintaining accurate documentation, communication, and inventory records.

Administer and secure global Windows, Linux, cloud, virtualization, networking, identity, storage, backup, and end-user systems. Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for infrastructure and laboratory technology incidents, lead infrastructure projects, automate administration, support compliance requirements, and manage vendors across US, UK, and Australia operations.
