Lead corporate secretarial services for a client portfolio: review and approve junior deliverables, draft minutes and resolutions, convene meetings, maintain statutory books, ensure filings, complete registrations/renewals, coordinate document execution and signatures, and ensure accurate time recording and compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
