Teams at Gen II Fund Services

Prepares fund transaction journal entries, reconciliations, general ledgers, financial statements, NAV packs, investor reports, and fee calculations. Supports capital calls, distributions, investor queries, year-end audits, and ISAE 3402 controls. The role also involves liaising with external contacts, contributing to projects, and mentoring junior team members while working toward an ACCA or ACA qualification.

The Compliance Officer ensures client entities comply with GFSC regulations, oversees compliance programs, provides guidance, manages risk assessments, and communicates with regulators.

Provide corporate secretarial services for an allocated client portfolio: review and approve junior staff deliverables; draft and oversee board, committee and shareholder minutes and resolutions; convene and attend meetings; manage statutory books, filings, registrations and renewals; coordinate document execution and deadlines; ensure compliance with company, funds and governance regulations; maintain governance calendars and accurate time-recording.
