Maintains enterprise systems and end-user computing environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, applications, databases, and VDI platforms. Provides ServiceDesk support for Omnissa Horizon, thin clients, conferencing tools, and remote access. Manages incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, maintains CMDB records, supports audit compliance, documents procedures, and automates routine tasks with PowerShell or Graph API. The role also contributes to migrations, platform changes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Manage corporate administration and legal compliance for complex client portfolios. Responsibilities include drafting minutes, agreements, and resolutions; organizing board and general meetings; coordinating signatures and transaction closings; maintaining corporate records; managing company lifecycle compliance; and completing RBE and RCS filings. The role requires Luxembourg corporate law knowledge, strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Supports Investor Services by monitoring AML and fund administration platforms, reconciling records between Fenergo and NavOne, cleansing data, entering validated information, documenting audit trails, escalating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory controls. The role also involves managing workloads, responding to queries, and contributing to projects and internal meetings.
