Lead and manage Gemini's benefits and leave programs across the U.S. and Singapore, including strategy, vendor management, compliance, renewals, Open Enrollment, leave administration, reporting, communications, and process improvements. Partner with Payroll, Legal, People Ops, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and an excellent employee experience while driving automation and strategic initiatives.

Design, build, deploy, and operate ledger, payments, and reconciliation services that ensure accurate crypto and fiat money movement. Partner with finance and treasury, implement safeguards for correctness and auditability, design scalable APIs/data models, write tested production code, monitor system health, respond to incidents, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotations.

Build and own customer-facing platform tooling across backend, web, and mobile for onboarding, compliance, and support. Ship end-to-end features, operate DevOps lifecycle, use AI-assisted/agentic development, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive ambiguous cross-team problems to resolution.
