Lead and grow Gemini's institutional OTC and execution business by originating and onboarding hedge funds, prop firms, asset managers, family offices, and crypto-native institutions. Drive spot, derivatives, and structured flow, provide high-touch client coverage and trade ideas, partner with Trading to improve execution, develop new revenue opportunities, and inform product and go-to-market strategy. Leads technical modernization of the Compliance and AML/BSA/Sanctions program through AI automation and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include designing governed AI solutions, maintaining transaction monitoring and customer risk-scoring models, enhancing sanctions controls, building Python and SQL reporting solutions, integrating compliance tools, supporting AML risk assessments, and partnering cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into secure, auditable technology solutions.

Design and implement continuous enterprise risk-control monitoring across credit, fraud, operational, and compliance domains. Develop AI agents, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, predictive models, and risk-mitigation tools. Maintain AI and model-risk inventories, build dashboards tracking key risk indicators, and communicate analytical insights to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Compliance, Operations, Identity, and Product teams to instrument risk telemetry and maintain human oversight of automated outputs.
