Follow batch tickets and scheduling software to create solvent blends, stain bases, and lacquers. Pull, weigh, and allocate raw materials, operate production equipment and forklift, collaborate with QC for testing, maintain safety, cleanliness, and productivity on-site.

Provide technical support to sales and lab teams for plant implementations, training, troubleshooting, color matching, and product performance. Maintain documentation and SOPs, communicate formula adjustments to the lab, assist account management, and ensure product stability and application standards are met.

Perform manual labor supporting color department and warehouse: tint batches, prepare and blend wood coating materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, pick/pack shipments, clean and sanitize equipment, receive and restock materials, follow hazardous material and PPE procedures, and maintain organized work areas.

Provide technical support to sales and lab for plant implementations, training, troubleshooting, color matching, documentation, and account maintenance. Ensure SOPs, communicate formula adjustments, analyze issues, and support product performance and application standards.
