Implements and evaluates occupational safety, environmental, and health programs across a site. Responsibilities include OSHA recordkeeping, incident investigation, root cause analysis, PPE and hazard communication programs, emergency response planning, inspections, employee training, regulatory coordination, and corrective action tracking.

Produces solvent blends, stain bases, and lacquer products by interpreting batch tickets, selecting tubs, pulling and weighing raw materials, operating production equipment, updating inventory, coordinating with Quality Control, and safely transporting materials by forklift. Maintains clean work areas, follows OSHA and company policies, and works effectively independently and with a team. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around plant dust, fumes, and temperature extremes.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, managing calendars, travel, communications, expense reports, meeting minutes, office tasks, and confidential information. Anticipate needs, coordinate incoming requests, support special projects, and maintain a professional front desk presence while fostering teamwork.

Provide technical support to sales and lab teams for plant implementations, training, troubleshooting, color matching, and product performance. Maintain documentation and SOPs, communicate formula adjustments to the lab, assist account management, and ensure product stability and application standards are met.
