Perform manual labor supporting color department and warehouse: tint batches, prepare and blend wood coating materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, pick/pack shipments, clean and sanitize equipment, receive and restock materials, follow hazardous material and PPE procedures, and maintain organized work areas.

Lead IT strategy and operations, overseeing infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, AI governance, and a small IT team. Drive modernization, incident response, risk management, vendor relations, service delivery, and IT budgeting to align technology with business goals.
