Guides junior team members, manages client relationships, solves problems, improves methodologies, and translates research into actionable recommendations. Requires strong cultural analysis, innovation and brand strategy experience, independent ownership, and approximately 10–15% travel.

Manage people operations, payroll, benefits, onboarding, records, and employee support across North American and global offices. Serve as the welcoming point of contact for clients, candidates, visitors, and colleagues. Oversee New York office operations, facilities, vendors, events, supplies, building access, and administrative filings while improving scalable processes and supporting a positive employee experience.
