Lead and direct divisional sales to achieve revenue and market share. Manage and mentor Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Managers, develop market strategies, forecast sales, resolve customer/dealer issues, and travel heavily to support sales initiatives.

Territory Account Manager develops and grows contractor and dealer relationships to meet territory sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, 25+ weekly face-to-face meetings, pricing negotiations, CRM tracking, forecasting, customer support, product presentations, attending industry events, and collaborating with regional sales and vendor partners.

Lead regional sales efforts, manage and develop Territory Sales Managers, grow market share and dealer accounts, provide sales forecasts, resolve customer issues, and represent the company at events and trainings to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
