Drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new clients. Manage full sales cycle, consult on tax and financial goals, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate with advisory and success teams, meet sales targets, and contribute content that elevates Gelt’s brand and thought leadership.

Lead technical tax work, advise on complex federal tax matters, review and quality-control intricate returns, manage and mentor 2–4 tax associates, meet with high-net-worth clients, design tax models and workflows, assess tax software, and develop best practices for the tax team.

Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership US tax returns; analyze previously filed returns for optimization; respond to tax notices; manage document flow and onboarding/offboarding; maintain checklists and explore automation for document requests.

Manage and organize client tax engagements, prepare and review complex Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns, supervise and mentor junior staff, assist with tax planning, update engagement materials, and maintain professional client relationships.

Provide technical leadership on complex tax issues, review and ensure accuracy of tax returns, lead a small team of tax associates, advise high-net-worth and private equity clients, develop tax models and best practices, and assess tax software and workflows.
