Perform merchandise licensing and royalty audit support: plan and budget audit steps, gather and analyze large datasets, conduct fieldwork, draft findings and claim schedules, summarize contracts, liaise on document requests, and produce written audit reports for entertainment and IP rights holders.

Provide front-desk coverage and general office support for partners and staff: manage mail/packages/checks, prepare outgoing shipments, make e-deposits, maintain filing (electronic and hard copy), restock supplies, and perform other administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned high-net-worth and entertainer clients, overseeing financial, operational, and tax management. Coordinate client meetings and advisors, review financial reports and multi-state tax returns, support account managers, manage major transactions and life events, and mentor junior staff to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
