Performs complex environmental laboratory analyses using GC/MS instrumentation for volatile organic compounds. Responsibilities include instrument operation and calibration, data entry and review, method and equipment troubleshooting, peer data review, customer communication, and support of laboratory operations. The role requires accurate, independent work in a production laboratory handling potentially hazardous materials.

Prepares, reviews, validates, and completes client data packages and electronic data deliverables from laboratory testing. Processes deliverables according to client specifications, corrects routine errors, verifies software output, troubleshoots nonconformances, maintains records, meets deadlines, and identifies workflow and data-quality improvements. The role is primarily administrative and office-based, with occasional laboratory exposure.

Performs basic laboratory procedures, sample login and management, disposal, data entry, initial data review, aliquoting, digestions, and laboratory equipment operation. Prepares labware, follows standard operating procedures, and supports production laboratory operations while meeting productivity and safety requirements. The role includes training on laboratory methods and instrumentation and may require weekend or afternoon/evening shifts.

Manages environmental projects involving wastewater regulations, contaminant investigations, infrastructure assessments, remediation, permitting, and compliance. Responsibilities include proposals, scopes, budgets, schedules, field activities, technical reviews, regulatory coordination, client communication, QA/QC, and oversight of groundwater, soil, surface water, vapor intrusion, PFAS, UST, and waste-related investigations.
