Lead the creative function for paid social campaigns across assigned clients, developing concepts, scripts, static and short-form video assets, UGC, and creator-led content. Analyze performance data to guide testing and iteration, manage creators and production pipelines, mentor creative teams, present recommendations to clients, and improve creative processes. Support account growth, pitches, case studies, and the expansion of the company’s performance marketing creative capabilities.
