Lead performance marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple client accounts, primarily using Meta Ads and other paid channels. Manage budgets, testing, targeting, attribution, and acquisition-funnel performance against CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals. Serve as the primary client contact, translate campaign data into strategic recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and mentor junior marketers while partnering with Creative, Content, and leadership teams.

Manage budgets, testing, targeting, pacing, attribution, and growth performance against CPA and ROAS goals. Serve as the primary client contact, lead performance discussions, identify expansion opportunities, and coach junior marketers. Partner with Creative and Content teams to translate campaign insights into full-funnel testing and optimization plans.

Creates and edits paid-social static, motion, and UGC content for Meta, TikTok, and other channels. Films on-camera content, writes scripts, plans simple shoots, repurposes footage, and develops creative variations for testing. Sources and manages external creators, reviews submissions, maintains creator pipelines, organizes assets, and collaborates with Creative and Growth teams to apply performance insights and feedback across campaigns.
