Develops and maintains scalable clinical and genomic data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Python, Spark, and AWS. Designs data models and warehouse schemas, modernizes SQL Server ETL processes for cloud environments, and ensures data quality, reliability, monitoring, and performance. Provides Databricks computing support, participates in architecture and software development, and contributes to testing, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, training, and mentoring.

Manages education programs, budgets, staff, accreditation oversight, curriculum development, faculty support, and educational events. Evaluates program effectiveness, develops policies and procedures, supports committees, enhances interprofessional education, and maintains relationships with educational organizations and accreditation bodies. Provides operational leadership and participates on the Education Leadership Team.

Provides strategic leadership for IT business relationship management, technology partnerships, and corporate development. Advises executives, translates business priorities into technology roadmaps and investment plans, oversees demand governance and portfolio visibility, and monitors value realization, service performance, budgets, and risks. Leads executive communications, strengthens cross-functional alignment with the IT PMO and Business Management Office, and develops high-performing teams while improving governance processes and operating models.
