Serve as a strategic HR partner delivering tailored people solutions, talent strategy, org design, workforce planning, data-driven insights, change management, and leader coaching across enterprise units.

Process, accession, and prepare patient specimens for testing: assess specimen suitability, perform centrifugation/aliquoting/labeling, enter results in LIS, manage specimen storage/transport, maintain logs, equipment and inventory, and assist with referrals and troubleshooting of pre-analytical errors.

Serve as the clinical IT liaison, integrating nursing and information science to design workflows, implement EMR tools, train and mentor nursing staff, lead small HIT projects, and support regulatory-compliant clinical documentation and system improvements.
