Leads GEICO’s Customer Data and Signals platform strategy, including CDP, identity resolution, event tracking, tagging, real-time signals, and AI data services. Drives roadmap, platform adoption, privacy governance, vendor decisions, experimentation, and measurable improvements in conversion, retention, lifetime value, and marketing efficiency. Builds and mentors a product management team while aligning Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience stakeholders.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable distributed systems and full-stack applications using ReactJS and .NET or Java. Builds RESTful APIs and microservices, manages SQL and NoSQL data, and applies cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices. Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, leads design reviews and code reviews, mentors junior engineers, documents systems, and supports critical applications through on-call rotations.

Analyzes the end-to-end digital marketing funnel from ad click through application completion, identifying conversion issues and traffic-quality gaps. Partners with Analytics, Engineering, Creative, SEO, and channel owners on experimentation, landing-page optimization, measurement improvements, and CMS content updates. Uses Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, or Python to develop insights and communicate executive-ready recommendations that improve digital conversion performance.
