Responsibilities include researching law, drafting legal briefs and memoranda, advising Claims on liability and damages, preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions and examinations under oath, and defending cases at trial or dispositive hearings. The role requires a New York law license, litigation experience, strong legal writing, organization, communication, and the ability to travel for legal proceedings.

Leads executive and internal communications for GEICO’s senior leadership team. Develops executive narratives, engagement plans, announcements, presentations, talking points, intranet content, social media, and event communications. Partners with C-suite leaders and corporate communications teams, prepares executives for external engagements, measures communication effectiveness, and leads a high-performing executive communications team. Requires exceptional writing, strategic planning, business acumen, PowerPoint skills, and experience communicating with senior leaders.

Provides insurance quotes, assesses customer needs, recommends coverage, converts quotes into policies, and identifies cross-selling opportunities through inbound calls. The role requires customer rapport, product knowledge, multitasking, and achievement of sales KPIs. Employees must complete training, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and attend in-office training before transitioning to a primarily on-site hybrid schedule.
