Teams at Gehl Food & Beverage

Leads the design, delivery, and improvement of training programs across aseptic food manufacturing facilities. Develops training content, analyzes capability gaps and performance data, mentors trainers, supports onboarding and career development, maintains training systems, evaluates effectiveness, and ensures compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and safety standards. Partners with plant leadership, HR, and subject matter experts across multiple sites.

Review, verify, and approve food safety, quality, and laboratory records across manufacturing. Maintain electronic records and plant release logs, execute finished goods release in ERP, track KPIs, support audits, investigations, and quality event tracking, and coordinate corrective actions with operations.
