Leads enterprise quality engineering and DevOps architecture, including Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD quality gates, test automation, governance, and AI-assisted testing. Defines SDLC and QA standards, integrates UI, API, performance, and data validation testing, modernizes manual QA practices, and partners with engineering and platform teams on shift-left and shift-right quality. Mentors QA and DevOps engineers, evaluates tools, improves deployment reliability and quality metrics, and establishes quality controls for AI agents and bots.

Coordinates field activations, sponsorships, partner programs, sales support, and market-facing events from planning through completion. Manages vendors, promotional materials, logistics, deliverables, budgets, partner communications, and follow-up activities. Supports sales planning, messaging, training materials, and account management tools while preparing updates and recommendations. The role collaborates across internal teams and external partners to improve engagement, awareness, and membership growth.

Design and implement extraction, chunking, vector indexing, and semantic retrieval pipelines for LLMs. Optimize hybrid search, reranking, and RBAC-enabled metadata filtering. Ensure HIPAA/HITRUST-compliant handling of PHI, build evaluation frameworks for retrieval groundedness, and collaborate with architects and developers to deliver context services and hand off validated prototypes.
