Provides high-level administrative and operational support to company leaders. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, client relationship follow-up, communication coordination, proposal and presentation support, expense processing, document delivery, office technology assistance, account maintenance, billing coordination, and special projects.

Leads complex assurance, audit, review, and advisory engagements; oversees executive client relationships, engagement economics, technical accounting matters, deliverable quality, business development, and cross-functional service integration. Manages and develops engagement leaders and teams while promoting firm culture, strategic initiatives, client growth, and high-quality compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, regulatory requirements, and firm methodology.

Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion. Manage engagement workflows, budgets, timelines, client relationships, technical accounting and auditing issues, workpaper reviews, and financial reporting deliverables. Supervise, coach, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and firm methodologies. Support client process improvements, business development, recruiting, training, and cross-functional service delivery.
