Own full sales funnel, employer relations, admissions, placement drives, and candidate readiness through workshops and coaching. Maintain records and collaborate with Marketing and Academic teams to meet placement and revenue targets while ensuring student engagement and satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end IT talent sourcing, screening, placement, onboarding, and admissions for upskilling programs. Build candidate pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, run campus and lateral hiring drives, market training and placement services, maintain databases, ensure compliance, and deliver recruitment analytics and reporting.

Lead design and development of Python-based standalone data connectors to fetch and sync HR and third-party platform data. Implement secure OAuth2 authentication and token management, read API docs to build integrations, and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, reliable data ingestion solutions.

Develop and maintain Microsoft .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), Web API, Entity Framework and SQL Server. Produce optimized, high-quality code following standards, use development/debugging/testing tools, meet project timelines, and build complex .NET solutions. CRM and firmware experience are favorable.

Guide inbound leads through program explanation, assess eligibility, convert candidates to enrollments, coordinate assessments and placement activities, and support students during and after training while meeting monthly targets.

Serve as the companys front-line representative handling reception duties, client and candidate communications, and query support. Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, manage web and social channels, curate content, and support events, webinars, and on-site branding to promote IT services, training, and staffing.
