Serve as the dealerships Finance & Insurance advisor: present financing and protection products, structure deals to meet customer needs and maximize profitability, maintain lender relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, complete paperwork accurately, collaborate with sales, and stay current on industry programs and trends.

Serve bilingual customers by translating features and financing, conduct consultative vehicle demonstrations, manage and follow up leads via phone/text/email, negotiate and complete sales paperwork, and grow dealership presence in the bilingual community. Commission-based role with paid training and mandatory weekend schedule.

Guide customers through vehicle financing and insurance, offer tailored products, maintain lender relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sales to meet dealership goals.
