Teams at Geary Pacific Supply

Manages and grows an assigned HVAC sales territory by developing customer relationships, acquiring new accounts, conducting sales calls, identifying needs, preparing quotes and proposals, expanding product-line sales, and following up on opportunities. The role serves as a trusted advisor to HVAC contractors, coordinates with branches and suppliers, maintains CRM information, and represents the company at job sites, trade shows, and industry events. Field travel throughout the territory is required.

Supports integrated marketing campaigns across print, email, web, social media, and digital channels. Creates product promotions, catalogs, blog posts, videos, social content, website updates, and internal communications. Coordinates marketing calendars, vendor-sponsored materials, branch distribution, events, and sales support. Monitors social engagement, tracks campaign performance, and collaborates with product, sales, regional, branch, and culture teams.

Manage accounts receivable and collections activities: establish and review credit limits, apply credit policy, evaluate customer creditworthiness, review active accounts, resolve customer concerns, and work with the team to maximize sales while minimizing losses.
