Teams at Geary Pacific Supply

Manage accounts receivable and collections activities: establish and review credit limits, apply credit policy, evaluate customer creditworthiness, review active accounts, resolve customer concerns, and work with the team to maximize sales while minimizing losses.

Provide HR administrative support including pre-employment screening, offer letters, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify processing, onboarding, employment/unemployment verifications, workers' compensation, labor and safety compliance, job postings, confidential record management, and scanning/uploading files.

Manage and grow assigned territory accounts by following up on leads, discovering customer needs, developing new opportunities, conducting professional sales calls, and reducing sales attrition. Collaborate with the regional sales team to hit shared goals and incentives while building long-term customer relationships.
