Provide HR administrative support including pre-employment screening, offer letters, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify processing, onboarding, employment/unemployment verifications, workers' compensation, labor and safety compliance, job postings, confidential record management, and scanning/uploading files.

Sell and support Bard wall-mount HVAC replacements in an assigned territory. Prospect schools, set weekly Professional Sales Calls, document activity in SMP, write bids in Mincron, conduct job walks and trade-show outreach, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain product and competitive knowledge.

Manage and grow assigned territory accounts by following up on leads, developing opportunities, conducting professional sales calls, building long-term relationships, and reducing sales attrition. Report to the Region Sales Manager and work with a team focused on supporting sales efforts for HVAC distribution to contractor customers.
