Lead financial reporting and planning for North American business operations. Oversee budgets, forecasts, labor rates, financial models, KPIs, and financial governance. Partner with senior stakeholders, project management, after-sales services, engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams to assess performance, risks, and financial targets. Drive process improvements, automation, scenario modeling, and actionable reporting while supporting leadership decision-making.

Performs mechanical assembly tasks in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include gathering assembly components, assembling pumps and motor plates using electrical or pneumatic tools, following assembly drawings and work instructions, and completing related duties. The role requires manual dexterity, basic tool knowledge, visual inspection and quality-control skills, workplace safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds. This is a permanent, full-time evening-shift position in Drummondville.

Leads automation, regular, and service projects from initiation through completion, managing budgets, risks, quality, and delivery. Supervises and mentors automation engineering teams, supports technical quotations, manages customer relationships, negotiates scope and timelines, and drives continuous improvement in engineering methods and project execution. Requires strong automation and electrical engineering expertise, project management capability, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
