Provides process engineering expertise for industrial drying technologies serving chemical and pharmaceutical customers. Responsibilities include process and plant design specifications, sales and project support, commissioning, site surveys, audits, troubleshooting, technical risk mitigation, pilot plant testing, technical documentation, presentations, and training. The role collaborates across sales, service, project, and engineering teams and requires strong chemical engineering knowledge, analytical skills, communication abilities, and willingness to travel 30–50 days annually.

Drive the design, optimization, governance, and standardization of global People processes and service solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable designs, improve employee and manager experiences, and collaborate with Product Owners, People Technology, AI, and People Services teams. Govern process documentation, operating models, compliance, and service standards, with a focus on payroll and time management. Advise senior stakeholders, promote automation, and lead continuous improvement across global HR operations.

Manages accounts receivable billing for spare parts and service projects, including invoice creation, auditing, transmission, customer account setup, billing issue resolution, and customer inquiries. Coordinates with customer service, collections, sales, and regional teams to correct errors and support timely payment. Requires accurate multitasking, ERP and payment portal proficiency, independent work, and collaboration during the US Eastern Time shift.
