Manage sales of manure handling equipment across the Midwest, build and coach dealer relationships, provide product demonstrations and technical support, run dealer business planning, maintain CRM and forecasts, lead trainings, and spend 60–80% of time in the field supporting dealers and customers.

Manage national account order-to-cash activities: customer service, quotation and sales order creation, purchase coordination, delivery tracking, invoicing, maintenance contract administration, service request registration, incident resolution, and travel scheduling for technicians and staff.

The role focuses on the configuration and support of Workday and ServiceNow systems, managing stakeholder requirements, analyzing impacts of new releases, and participating in project-driven configuration work.
