Oversees electrical controls, PLC/HMI systems, automation integration, controls standardization, machine safety, networking, supplier coordination, and large-scale project execution. Manages and develops engineering talent while improving manufacturing efficiency, reliability, regulatory compliance, and operator safety. Evaluates emerging connected-controls technologies and supports commissioning, debugging, equipment qualification, and implementation across multiple sites.

Lead GE Appliances’ robotics and advanced manufacturing engineering strategy. Oversee large-scale robotic, electrical, and automation projects; standardize robotics, controls, and safety systems; research and implement technologies such as 3D vision and cageless safety systems; manage suppliers and equipment qualification; mentor engineering teams; and improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operator safety using Lean and HOP principles. The role requires domestic and international travel of 20–30%.
