Owns the engineering and continuous improvement of enterprise security operations, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, detection content, telemetry, automation, threat hunting, vulnerability operations, and incident response. Serves as the MSSP’s technical counterpart and Tier 3 escalation point for complex incidents. Leads purple-team exercises, detection validation, playbook development, metrics reporting, audit evidence, and integration across IT, cloud, identity, network, and manufacturing OT environments.

Entry-level technology development program associate rotating through application development, systems management, business process re-engineering, infrastructure design, and security or controllership assignments. Participants gain hands-on experience with technical projects, leadership development, business acumen, system implementation, and operational excellence. The position starts July 5, 2027, and is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Leads large metal stamping capital equipment projects from design and procurement through installation, commissioning, qualification, and production launch. Manages schedules, risks, suppliers, and cross-functional execution while optimizing equipment reliability, OEE, and manufacturing readiness. Applies APQP, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, ergonomic design, EHS standards, control plans, and DFMA. Requires substantial experience with stamping presses, auxiliary equipment, supplier management, and high-volume manufacturing environments. Travel of 15–20% may be required.
