Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize past-due receivables. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, research unapplied cash/credits, reconcile accounts, and release orders per policy. Use Excel and web portals for account research, statements, and reconciliations, escalate complex issues, and support root-cause resolution.

Leads advanced manufacturing engineering strategy and execution for capital equipment, tooling, automation, facilities, NPI, capacity, and plant efficiency projects. Manages budgets, project risks, compliance, supplier activities, and a multidisciplinary engineering team. Drives Lean Manufacturing, 3P, TPM, DFMA, automation, safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while partnering cross-functionally on product development and manufacturing readiness.

Designs and implements advanced control systems for automated manufacturing equipment, including PLC programming, HMI development, hardware and software integration, and network configuration. Leads machine safety assessments, troubleshoots complex systems, improves manufacturing performance, and ensures compliance with safety standards. Provides technical leadership and mentorship while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is primarily on-site in Louisville, Kentucky, with approximately 20–30% domestic and international travel.
