The Operability Senior Engineer develops and qualifies gas turbine engine systems, focusing on engine operability analysis, testing strategies, and contributing to business strategy for Engine Operability.

Two-year rotational leadership program (three eight-month rotations) in Cincinnati across Product Operations, Business Operations, Customer Services, and Sales & Marketing. Candidates will manage product integration, commercial strategy, customer support, sales campaigns, and contract negotiations while developing leadership and cross-functional business skills.

Lead engine performance studies, test planning, data analysis, and engine/systems integration for turbofan/turbojet programs. Support cross-functional SPOCT teams, mentor junior staff, resolve technical issues, and ensure documentation and program commitments.
