Leads detailed engineering and manufacturing scheduling for aerospace programs, maintaining integrated schedules, analyzing critical paths, supporting EVM reporting, and communicating program status. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, property, and program leadership teams to manage dependencies and schedule changes. Develops standard work, reporting practices, and process improvements across programs using Deltek Open Plan and Lean principles. Supports proposals, replans, leadership reporting, and purchased-service planning.

Leads systems engineering execution and program coordination for ADEC/EMSC refresh programs supporting F110 combat engines. Manages requirements, interfaces, configuration control, verification and validation, risk and quality trade studies, airworthiness documentation, and cross-functional technical execution. Partners with controls, manufacturing, program leadership, subcontractors, and customers to deliver development, flight-test, first-flight, and fielded-engine milestones.

Leads program operations, financial planning, forecasting, earned value management, risk tracking, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Supports the PMO by developing standard work, operating rhythms, and best practices across programs. Collaborates with finance, engineering, manufacturing, scheduling, contracts, and program management teams to manage budgets, work authorizations, cost and schedule metrics, and customer reporting. Requires executive meeting support, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional leadership, and government contract program experience.
