Leads customer and internal quality activities in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Serves as the primary customer quality contact, manages containment and corrective actions, leads hourly inspection personnel, prioritizes inspection activities, analyzes quality trends, supports audits, and partners with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain to improve product conformity and reduce escapes.

Leads the Greenville HR team and partners with site leaders on employee relations, manager coaching, talent and workforce planning, performance management, and HR processes. The role drives HR process improvement, lean operating cadences, responsible AI adoption, change management, risk assessment, and organizational effectiveness while supporting a manufacturing workforce.

Lead design, analysis, development, and testing of aerospace electromechanical and pneumatic products, including bleed air valves and linear actuators. Drive technical execution across product lifecycle phases, lead design reviews and validation, solve product-level problems, and provide technical direction within an Integrated Product Team. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
