Support site quality management and ISO 9001:2015 compliance; review designs and processes, lead root-cause investigations (RCCA/CAPA), analyze quality data, oversee FAIs and lot inspections (using FIFO and SAP), and drive continuous improvement while guiding plant-level quality inspectors.

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines and lathes to produce manufacturing parts, perform inspections, and maintain work area safety.

Analyze forecasts and sales trends, coordinate production and material availability, optimize inventory, use ERP/MRP (SAP preferred), generate performance reports, support S&OP, and drive continuous improvement across Procurement, Production, Sales, and Customer Service.

Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for manufacturing. Manage supplier relationships, issue and track purchase orders, resolve supplier issues, analyze performance and market trends, support cost reduction and inventory optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning, vendor management, distribution, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement. Develop supply chain strategies, negotiate contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and report performance to executive leadership.

Design, develop, and improve pump consumables and assemblies for severe-duty oil and gas applications. Lead product development from concept to launch, perform failure analysis, support production, collaborate cross-functionally, provide customer technical support in field and office, and manage projects and documentation.
