Manage international order entry, quotes, backlog, and shipping using SAP. Communicate order status and resolve billing/delivery issues, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively follow up on backorders.

Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for manufacturing. Manage supplier relationships, issue and track purchase orders, resolve supplier issues, analyze performance and market trends, support cost reduction and inventory optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and improve pump consumables and assemblies for severe-duty oil and gas applications. Lead product development from concept to launch, perform failure analysis, support production, collaborate cross-functionally, provide customer technical support in field and office, and manage projects and documentation.

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines and lathes to produce manufacturing parts, perform inspections, and maintain work area safety.

Coordinate and manage IT projects, develop project plans and budgets, administer document management systems, oversee IT procurement and licensing in ERP, ensure IT audit/compliance documentation, provide training and basic helpdesk support, and test and validate reports and applications using SQL and data warehousing.
