Develops process controls, manufacturing documentation, and process improvements. Provides sustaining engineering support on the manufacturing floor, assists with manufacturing methods, supports product improvement projects, reviews customer requirements, coordinates fixture design, prepares manufacturing plans and shop inspection reports, and supports customer CAD needs. The role requires progressive technical experience, relevant industry experience, problem-solving ability, initiative, ownership, and independent teamwork.

Develops and maintains the company training system, including LMS implementation, role-specific training requirements, training effectiveness, documentation, records, metrics, and needs assessments. Coordinates with operations, engineering, quality, employees, and leaders to develop subject matter experts and improve training outcomes. Facilitates training sessions, coaches trainers, maintains standards, and follows up on overdue training.

Analyzes and reports product, project, manufacturing, and operational costs. Responsibilities include standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial modeling, internal controls, audit support, and management reporting. Partners with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance teams to improve cost efficiency, margins, data accuracy, and financial processes.
