Coordinates domestic and international freight shipments from booking through delivery. Responsibilities include researching routes, arranging air, trucking, and ocean transportation, preparing quotes and export documents, tracking shipments, communicating with customers and logistics partners, maintaining accurate files, and responding quickly to schedule changes. The role supports entertainment, sports, music tour, and film logistics in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime, weekend, on-call, and project travel requirements.

Lead global monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes; oversee the general ledger, reconciliations, consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and multi-entity accounting. Manage and develop the corporate accounting team while partnering with regional finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and operations. Drive accounting standardization, acquisition integration, process improvement, automation, and controls enhancement across a multinational organization.

Coordinate fine art freight shipments, including air and ocean bookings, export and import documentation, customs clearance, routing, budgets, invoices, permits, and regulatory compliance. Provide airport and courier support while coordinating with customers, vendors, agents, airlines, steamship lines, and government agencies. The role requires TSA training, strong organization, communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global logistics environment.
