Hands-on systems engineer responsible for analyzing, documenting, designing, implementing, and operating cloud and on-prem infrastructure and application platforms. Owns reliability, scalability, performance, security, and integrations with DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines. Troubleshoots cross-stack issues, produces technical designs and runbooks, and leads migrations and modernization efforts while collaborating across engineering, data, and security teams. Requires deep multi-cloud and infrastructure expertise and cleared IC experience.

Provides subject matter expertise in systems engineering and server administration across Windows, Linux, UNIX, MVS, and cloud environments. Manages C2E servers, enterprise IT applications, operating systems, storage, databases, hardware, and network dependencies. Diagnoses complex technical issues, tracks requirements, researches technology changes, and collaborates with developers and business partners on requirements and project planning. Communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while following organizational security and configuration standards.

Develop and maintain large-scale Java applications using Salesforce, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST, Oracle, and AWS. Translate requirements into maintainable solutions across design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Apply software development best practices, DevOps and CI/CD practices, and collaborate in an Agile environment. Contribute to tactical and strategic product improvements, team performance, database schema design, and SQL development. An active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
