Develops network architectures and configurations, resolves incidents, documents infrastructure, supports audits, collaborates across IT disciplines, presents solutions to stakeholders, mentors engineers, and participates in 24x7 on-call support.

Designs, implements, tests, secures, and maintains complex systems and hosted/cloud environments. Responsibilities include system administration, infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, configuration, monitoring, backups, security audits, remote monitoring, documentation, customer communication, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting with infrastructure and application teams.
