Provide technical pre- and post-sales support: design and validate network and multi-discipline solutions, produce diagrams and estimates, attend customer sites, support proposals/RFPs, and hand off to delivery while collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams.

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, planning, and reporting to drive decision-making and supports financial forecasting and governance. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, financial modeling, and performance management to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Designs, implements, and supports high-availability telecommunications networks using industry standards. Performs capacity forecasting, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and escalation management. Collaborates with architects and PMs, mentors junior staff, and contributes to planning, automation, security, and performance initiatives across IP/MPLS, access, and transport systems.
