Designs and integrates rating, invoicing, payments, collections, and mediation solutions; guides Agile and SAFe delivery; manages architecture artifacts, technical roadmaps, risks, dependencies, security, compliance, and operational readiness. Collaborates across business, product, engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable, resilient, supportable systems.
