Leads country-level HR operations for ground handling and catering teams, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, labor-law compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll processes, records, reporting, engagement, retention, and employee well-being. Advises management on people policies and promotes a safe, productive workplace.

Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring personnel according to GCG operational requirements. Develops innovative recruitment strategies to fill staffing requisitions promptly and support workforce needs in a dynamic, multicultural aviation and culinary services environment.

Receives raw materials, completes food-safety documentation, verifies expiration dates and lot information, checks product and transport-vehicle temperatures, and protects the cold chain for frozen products. Makes off-site purchases only for specially authorized orders and as requested by the supply manager.
