Manages and grows cement and concrete sales within an assigned territory by building customer relationships, developing new business, executing sales strategies, and closing agreements. Promotes products through consultative selling and technical presentations, analyzes market and competitive trends, prepares forecasts and reports, supports account collections, and collaborates with customers, distributors, contractors, engineers, industry organizations, and community leaders.

Evaluate and optimize cement manufacturing processes and equipment, including kilns, preheaters, mills, crushers, and plant services. Lead audits, benchmarking, energy and material balance analyses, continuous improvement initiatives, maintenance steering activities, and capital project evaluations. Collaborate with quality control, environmental, raw materials, fuel, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve safety, efficiency, reliability, production output, and regulatory compliance.

Provides administrative and clerical support for transportation operations, including driver settlements, DOT compliance records, IFTA tax reports, order and data entry, dispatch backup, expense reporting, communications, and records management. Maintains accurate driver files and transportation documentation while supporting scheduling, customer requests, and daily office operations.
