Lead corporate affairs and governance for the Mynt Group: ensure regulatory compliance (SEC/PSE), manage Board and Committee meetings, draft and maintain governance policies and charters, oversee board portal and governance transformation projects, provide legal opinions and support to management, supervise and develop the Corporate Affairs and Governance team, and support cross-functional initiatives and regulatory/audit requests.

The role involves reconciling internal reports with merchant records, ensuring quality validation, handling customer concerns, preparing reports, and improving reconciliation processes for compliance and efficiency.
