Manages mobile app releases and cross-team technology deployments from planning through production rollout. Coordinates release timelines, deployment approvals, impact assessments, QA regression considerations, and service management across systems, platforms, and networks. Supports change scheduling, minimizes customer disruption, provides guidance to Scrum Masters, onboards new Scrum Masters, and assists deployment activities across platforms. Requires release management, service or incident management, and Agile/SAFe experience.

Leads technology category management and strategic sourcing across SaaS, enterprise software, hardware, infrastructure, and cloud services. Manages end-to-end procurement, market research, spend analysis, RFPs, vendor performance, risk and compliance governance, negotiations, contracts, and commercial optimization. Partners with technology, finance, legal, security, and executive stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with technical and corporate objectives.

Leads technology and operations initiatives by managing project finances, backlogs, capacity, feasibility analysis, MVP decomposition, release planning, roadmaps, and delivery performance. Partners with business, product, architecture, vendor, PMO, and Agile teams to align priorities, resources, processes, and metrics while ensuring complex projects remain on time and within budget.
