The role coordinates cross-functional teams and internal or external partners on campaigns, promotions, merchant partnerships, and discount rates. Responsibilities include end-to-end initiative planning, data-driven analysis, experimentation, postmortems, and improving product adoption, merchant performance, and repayment outcomes.
