Reviews loan portfolio and model quality, maintains risk reports and dashboards, conducts credit policy and portfolio analyses, performs projections and stress testing, identifies and escalates risks, and recommends actions to improve portfolio quality. The role collaborates with business, product, collections, finance, modeling teams, management, and partners while automating reporting and analysis processes.

Manages complex, cross-functional strategic transformation projects from initiation through completion. Oversees data transformation, project portfolios, milestones, budgets, risks, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and post-mortems. Ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve projected EBITDA impact. Leads kickoffs, facilitates workstreams, escalates blockers, and provides executive updates while enforcing structured project management practices.
