The Data and AI Success Manager will drive the adoption and implementation of Data and AI solutions, guide customers, and collaborate with teams to enhance business value through data-driven insights and strategies while ensuring compliance with data regulations.

Lead lifecycle management of HCM systems (preferably Workday), oversee administration, solutions design, integrations, server deployments, and agile project delivery. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to define requirements, resolve technical issues, provide user support and training, and ensure performant, secure HR platform operations.

Establish, maintain, and update information security policies, standards, and frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST). Manage ISMS and PCI-DSS certification efforts, lead audits and compliance initiatives, and develop processes to validate and track regulatory and standards compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security controls with business and regulatory requirements.
