Support strategic technology and operations programs aligned with business objectives and the CTOO mandate. Provide decision-making inputs to executive and management teams, prioritize initiatives, support implementation, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver strategic imperatives. The role requires business acumen, technology knowledge, strong communication, and effective stakeholder management in a fintech, financial services, technology, or e-commerce environment.

Manages and acquires major merchant accounts in Cavite and South Luzon, grows payment-service revenue and active partner stores, drives adoption of GCash business products, and introduces lending and adtech solutions. Provides business consulting on sales, marketing, merchandising, and distribution, while leading marketing and acquisition campaigns. Requires general trade sales experience, P&L understanding, strong communication and influencing skills, and willingness to conduct fieldwork and face-to-face meetings.

Leads public-company regulatory compliance, SEC and PSE disclosures, corporate governance frameworks, fiduciary obligations, board evaluations, governance training, and advisory support for strategic transactions and corporate actions. The role monitors regulatory developments, maintains governance policies and charters, advises stakeholders, and supports compliance initiatives.
