Drive new business and revenue growth across APAC by managing complex enterprise sales cycles, building C-suite relationships, leading proposals and negotiations, developing strategic partnerships, maintaining accurate forecasts, and collaborating with product, delivery, and marketing teams. The role focuses on fintech and financial services technology customers, including wealth management, superannuation, financial advice, and digital banking organizations.

Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling (P&L, cashflow, ARR), scenario analysis, and monthly reporting. Provide insights on ARR, revenue, AWS/SaaS costs, people costs, margins and profitability. Partner with divisional leaders on commercial deals, client/product profitability and strategic initiatives. Support month-end controls, maintain planning model integrity, and drive process improvements across forecasting and reporting.

Lead the UK Technical Solutions team to advise wealth-management clients across EMEA. Drive discovery engagements, design scalable cloud-based SaaS solutions, guide implementation and integrations, partner with product and engineering, and develop technical managers to ensure consistent, high-quality consulting outcomes and successful delivery.
