Close inbound and warm leads for LLC Hub’s startup and compliance services. Conduct 8–12 daily prospect calls or meetings, educate clients, handle objections, negotiate, maintain accurate CRM pipelines, document interactions, and follow up consistently. Success is measured by show rate, close rate, revenue contribution, sales-cycle efficiency, pipeline hygiene, and follow-up discipline. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, self-management, and experience with high-volume transactional sales and short sales cycles.

Prepare and review complex U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and financial records for clients. Analyze financial information, process documentation, support regulatory compliance, advise clients on tax matters, and assist with tax planning. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong accounting expertise, proficiency with accounting and tax software, and careful attention to detail.

Leads complex U.S. tax accounting assignments, prepares and reviews individual, corporate, partnership, international, and information tax returns, analyzes financial documentation, maintains financial records, and advises clients on tax compliance and strategies. The role also supervises or collaborates with junior accountants, communicates with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
