Design, deploy, and support VMware-based private cloud (SDDC/HCI/SDN) solutions. Create high/low-level designs, run POCs and health checks, perform upgrades/patching, troubleshoot RCAs, and provide SLA-aligned technical support while collaborating with architects and customers.

Support IT operations through documentation, asset management, and improvement projects while developing technical and professional skills under mentorship. Work spans networking basics, information security fundamentals, M365 tool usage, and service desk practices across assigned program areas.
