Perform general ranch maintenance including vehicle and property upkeep, water troughs and tanks, fencing repair, building and blind maintenance, and assist on improvement projects. Reports to the Ranch Foreman and must be reliable and physically fit.

Process and verify invoices, ensure proper approvals and coding, reconcile vendor statements, prepare and mail payments, maintain payment records, assist month-end close, resolve vendor inquiries, and implement process improvements.

Manage internet sales for new and used vehicles: handle lead management, follow-up, finalize ecommerce transactions, and communicate with customers across email, phone, text, and social media.
