Own APAC business development end-to-end: source, structure, negotiate, close, and activate partnerships that route deposits/mandates into Gauntlet vault products. Build and run a regional pipeline with local-hours coverage, convert warm investor introductions, navigate APAC regulatory nuance (FSA, MAS), and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance.

Own end-to-end origination, structuring, negotiation, and activation of high-value Earn partnerships for Gauntlet's vault products. Source greenfield opportunities, manage pipeline and CRM hygiene, drive partner activation post-signature, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Data Science/Finance, and represent Gauntlet at industry events to hit quota.

The Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and close engineering talent in crypto, enhancing candidate experience and aligning with hiring needs.
