Manage global procurement and sourcing for a growing home improvement e-commerce brand. Responsibilities include identifying products, qualifying and auditing worldwide suppliers, managing supplier relationships, coordinating shipments and inventory across warehouses, analyzing sales performance, forecasting trends, and improving processes. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluent English.

Work directly with the founder to scale Gauder by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating products, markets, and sales channels, and owning high-impact 0-to-1 projects. Analyze global sales and portfolio data, produce reports and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional execution, and develop strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
