Performs quality control testing, assay development, reagent validation, troubleshooting, investigations, and documentation in a biotech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include incoming materials QC, in-process testing, final product release, reagent preparation, SOP and protocol drafting, equipment calibration monitoring, laboratory maintenance, and inventory coordination while following GMP, GDP, and approved procedures.

Lead and scale global sales, field application, and field service teams across NA, EU, and APAC to hit $50M+ revenue. Build global sales strategy, forecasts, CRM governance, channel partnerships, enablement, and cross-functional processes; own revenue, quotas, territory design, and major deals while supporting marketing, manufacturing, quality, and finance.

Provide post-sales technical application support, training, and troubleshooting for Gator BLI instruments. Enable customer adoption, optimize workflows, create documentation, and relay product feedback to R&D and product teams to improve performance and user outcomes.
