Provides on-site and remote IT support for employees, visitors, customers, and instrument installations. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 accounts, servers, networks, hardware, software, licenses, printers, peripherals, conference room systems, IT assets, and inventory. The role troubleshoots technical issues, installs and upgrades systems, supports onboarding and offboarding, trains end users, coordinates outside vendors, and assists with facility maintenance scheduling.

Manages daily accounting transactions, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow, general ledger entries, reconciliations, tax support, and financial reporting. The role assists with month-end close, resolves payment and data-sync discrepancies, supports purchasing and fulfillment activities, and improves accounting processes. It requires accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, familiarity with US GAAP, and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
