Lead and scale global sales, field application, and field service teams across NA, EU, and APAC to hit $50M+ revenue. Build global sales strategy, forecasts, CRM governance, channel partnerships, enablement, and cross-functional processes; own revenue, quotas, territory design, and major deals while supporting marketing, manufacturing, quality, and finance.

The People Operations Coordinator will manage HR functions, assist in recruitment, maintain personnel records, and support onboarding and compliance duties.

Manage and grow territory sales of BLI instrumentation and consumables to pharma, biotech, CROs, academia. Develop account strategies, close capital equipment opportunities, coordinate demos with FAS/service, maintain CRM forecasts and reports, attend events, and meet sales targets.
