Lead mechanical design and analysis for sensor stacks, covers, and vehicle subsystems. Own BOMs, perform FEA and tolerance stacks, drive DFM/DFA/DFS, collaborate on validation and prototypes, and establish processes for low-to-high volume production while mentoring the mechanical team.

Lead development and execution of test strategies and validation for autonomous vehicle control systems. Manage test engineers, develop automated testing frameworks, ensure traceability, troubleshoot integration issues, and scale HiL/ViL and vehicle-level validation infrastructure to guarantee safety and release quality.

Lead development of a web-based simulation platform: build React/TypeScript frontend with 3D visualization (Three.js/WebGL), design scalable REST and WebSocket backends, manage PostgreSQL and time-series logs, integrate Grafana/Prometheus, orchestrate Docker/Kubernetes simulation workers on Azure, and optimize browser rendering for smooth high-frequency simulation playback.
