Create and manage targeted member communications across email, push, and SMS; maintain and segment email lists; coordinate messaging between membership, operations, and marketing; support event-related communications and promotions to attract and engage members.

Lead Marketing & Communications for The Gathering Spot, setting strategy and executing campaigns to drive membership growth, retention, event attendance, and brand engagement. Manage Social Media and Communications Managers, approve assets, oversee vendors, build a cultural calendar, partner cross-functionally, and own marketing KPIs and reporting.

Lead coordination of private events from planning through execution: manage logistics, client communication and site tours, serve as day-of representative, liaise with vendors and internal teams, book events in club management system, track expenses and oversee billing, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
