Leads patient growth strategy and execution across an assigned market, overseeing outreach and patient experience teams. Owns enrollment targets, conversion performance, budget, partnerships, hiring, training, CRM-driven performance improvement, and executive reporting. Partners with clinic operations and community organizations to expand access to care. This field-based leadership role requires Medicare/Medicaid sales experience, B2C sales management, local travel, and occasional evening or weekend events.
