Owns requirements, systems integration, and verification and validation for warehouse robotics hardware, including autonomous drones, forklift vision systems, charging, and battery systems. Responsibilities include technology evaluation, test planning and execution, environmental and compliance testing, technical budgeting, hazard analysis, failure investigation, and production test strategy. The role is hands-on and requires building test rigs, analyzing data, integrating hardware with firmware and software, and delivering objective evidence for product release.

Build and operate full-stack production systems for warehouse intelligence products. Responsibilities include developing Python and Node.js/NestJS services, REST APIs, integrations, PostgreSQL databases, asynchronous workflows, caching, and data pipelines. Deploy and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD. Diagnose production issues, improve reliability and performance, apply secure coding practices, and progressively own components across the software lifecycle.

Own hardware readiness for customer deployments, including schedules, kits, parts, shipping, site prerequisites, installations, and go-lives. Manage tier-two hardware escalations, RMAs, failure-analysis coordination, BOM accuracy, configuration control, development builds, test assets, and technician schedules. Coordinate with engineering, Field Ops, Purchasing, suppliers, and customers while building scalable readiness, RMA, and documentation processes. The role is based remotely in the U.S. or onsite in Pittsburgh, with regular travel to Pittsburgh and active customer deployments.
