Teams at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center

Provides targeted case management and rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and families. Assesses needs, establishes benefits, connects clients with medical, housing, financial, legal, educational, and community resources, and follows up on referrals. Monitors client functioning and progress, participates in multidisciplinary and school meetings, maintains agency partnerships, documents services and billing, supports crisis response, and collaborates with treatment teams in community, home, and telehealth settings.

Supervise and support EVS staff to maintain a clean, sanitary hospital environment. Duties include scheduling, training, inspections, infection-prevention compliance, floor care, waste/linen transport, PPE use, responding to service calls, and performing hands-on cleaning tasks and special projects.

Assist the Program Director by supervising clinical staff, overseeing clinical operations, developing and implementing clinical programs and training, ensuring compliance with DMH/agency documentation, providing clinical supervision, supporting crisis interventions and on-call emergency coverage, and participating in hiring, reporting, and interagency collaboration.
