Supervise and plan vessel loading/unloading operations, manage stevedore gangs, enforce safety and procedures, coordinate with ILA foremen and ship crews, resolve daily operational issues, and provide staff feedback and discipline as needed.

Support and implement site safety, risk assessment, and environmental programs. Provide training, lead investigations, conduct inspections, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with operations to improve HS&E performance.

Supervise and plan vessel cargo operations and stevedoring activities, ensure safe work practices, conduct safety incident investigations, manage line-handling and terminal safety, counsel and discipline subordinate staff, and coordinate with ILA foremen and ship crews.
