Teams at Gateway Rehabilitation Center

Develops and runs life skills programming for patients at a substance use treatment center, including GED/job-search training, community service coordination, therapeutic recreation, donations management, hygiene/clothing distribution, patient transport, group facilitation, documentation, and fundraising. Ensures cleanliness, coordinates community resources, and covers counselor technician duties as needed.

Coordinate and oversee wellness and boxing programs across multiple inpatient treatment sites. Lead group sessions, document participation in the EHR, perform needs assessments, transport patients, assist in crisis interventions, and maintain safe, clean facilities and schedules.

Clinical internship providing hands-on experience in addiction treatment: assessments, individual and group counseling, IOP/partial hospitalization, inpatient and detox counseling, case management, recovery coaching, medication support, and work with co-occurring disorders. Interns observe then progressively lead therapeutic activities under clinical supervision, with flexible scheduling and mentorship.
