Provides peer-based support to patients in a withdrawal management and substance use disorder treatment setting. Responsibilities include building supportive relationships, teaching recovery skills, connecting patients with community resources, supporting recovery goals, documenting interactions in the electronic medical record, and maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. Requires lived experience or understanding of addiction and recovery, with at least 18 months of recovery if applicable.

Supervise therapists in an inpatient substance use and co-occurring disorders program. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, chart audits, documentation review and approval, regulatory compliance, case consultation, therapist coaching, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and identifying training needs. The role supports ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered care and requires crisis management, clinical oversight, and adherence to applicable standards.

Leads clinical operations in an inpatient substance use disorder program by supervising and mentoring clinical staff, overseeing assessments and treatment services, coordinating therapeutic programming, auditing records, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staffing schedules, and supporting budgeting and program development. The manager may also maintain a partial patient caseload and provide direct clinical support.
