Builds and manages referral relationships for physician and telehealth services, develops business-development strategies, researches referral markets, maintains CRM data, tracks admissions and performance goals, coordinates messaging and care teams, manages outreach budgets, and represents the organization at community and industry events. The role also supports advocacy, coalition participation, and referral growth across medical, business, and community partners.

Administers health, retirement, wellness, leave, and other benefits programs while supporting compliance, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS records, and employee lifecycle initiatives. Partners with vendors, reconciles invoices and contributions, coordinates open enrollment, responds to employee questions, maintains confidential records, and assists with HR projects and process improvements.

Provides front desk, clerical, communications, admissions, and administrative support at an inpatient substance use disorder treatment facility. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting patients and families, coordinating admissions appointments, handling identification and insurance documents, relaying information, supporting emergencies, distributing belongings, preparing documents, and maintaining a welcoming waiting area. Requires professionalism, confidentiality, composure, organization, multitasking, and a high school diploma.
